I would like to express my first thought about movie i.e. "If Rang de basanti was a movie requires since last 60 years for indian youth then this movie was required since last 200 years for parents in india".More than this i would not like to say anything. Now at least I know what role best suites to parents for their kids :).

And Modi wins....but why so so much questioning eyes

Yes it was a day which I started early as much as possible in zurich because I was keen to know the Gujarat election results. As per my prediction Modi took over its all opponents with a huge lead. Good to know that at least no threat is there of reelection in near 4-5 years...so first thing we saved the huge amount which we spent over reelection in other states like karnatka but the next moment over CNN IBN channel was pretty much disappointing. They were showing the responses of people of riots infected muslim area where riots took place 5 year back(ppl got questioned were illiterate). Now when in last 5 years not a single person even itched a single hair of any muslim and people are living as Indian nationalists then does it solve any purpose. Here my question is how many times after 1984 media has questioned Sikhs about justice when Congress came into central power??? here One train got burned with hindus and due to emotional arrogance riots took place but in 1984 only one lady Indira Gandhi died and these so called followers of Mahatma gandhi killed sikhs like ppl kill mosquitoes in home by hook or crook. So before Sonia Gandhi or Media can again question this victory should look into the past and How much justice they are doing with their responsibilities and duty. Still few people want to in cash the communism and secularism. We still feel happiness in itching neighbors ass without taking care that flies are roaming around our wounds also. This allegation of media and individuals doesn't have much bright future. Instead of appraising the protagonist of this eletion they are pushing him back. This media use to claim the most independent media , the most un biased media of the world but my question is did they ever evaluate themselves against same set of question which they asked to politician to pull their legs. Have they ever felt that their diversion from their duty can mislead a big population of India. Instead of spreading the knowledge what development is going and what steps need to be taken this media spent 48 hrs in spending a shitty news like "Prince has fallen down in a dig now he is eating chocolate and now he looking cool and calm"........I give a dam shit to this system ...sometime I think Musharraf or Hitler is much needed in India...please God send one this year

why should we watch Jodha Akbar..movie by Ashutosh Govarikar

Here I am again writing something which I don't write here. This is all about the recent movie I watched "Jodha Akbar". Its again a period movie by Ashutosh Govarikar. First I would like to appreciate the effort put by complete unit to make it a real looking period movie with all their technical work and setting all of us spectators back into past. We hardly find any mismatch in movie regarding sets and the culture they have shown in Movie. There once scene came where they were showing the Mughal kitchen and that resembled very much to history. If movie was reflecting the love of Jodha and Akbar then it has shown the brutality of Mughals which was again close to the facts. Showing Red Fort as Red Fort was also a good experience.

There is Hrithik as Akbar, in full order and authority, watching a sufi qawalli when he suddenly turns into a spiritual stand and joins the qawalls to dedicate his dance to divinity.

This historic moment that takes us beyond the dynasties of Mughal history, couldn’t have been possible without Hrithik’s amazing capacity to infiltrate the portals of divinity through dance movements(he has proved himself one of the best in this trade).

Similarly the work done by Aishwarya Rai while asking for her three conditions, sward clash with Akbar, putting food to Akbar (though duration is small) was amazing.

And finally warpping the history into 3.5 hrs was also a brilliant job. So I will say its a must watch.

Lead India ..Falak pakad ke utho...hawa pakad ke chalo....a campeign of TOI????

Yes it was really breath giving and soothing tv commercial to watch...lines are impressive ....thought is good ......but my question is how relevant are these commercials? We guys are still talking about only appraising the efforts....but my question is are the efforts appropriate. In my opinion instead of putting movie stars to speak and creating these heart touching adds TOI can take some exampling initiative to put some real facts. Because showing these commercials over TV is again trying to teach to urban mob who are already educated. I am not saying that urban people dont need to get educated about the responsibilities but at the same time if we look into the scene then for taking any initiative what to do is a big question. So subjects are different for urban mob and rural mob to educate. I think today no one has time to sit and think about the no of problems and take a decision about any particular problem and reason is simple that expectation of leadership from each one is not true over practical ground. We are follower since last thousands of years, some of are Ram's follower or Khuda's follower or sometime Modi or Sonia's follower so we still need a finger to point so instead of giving them a thought that we can be leader why do not these organizations try to give them a finger or a leader which can direct them. I would say TOI can come with its neutral educated candidates for the state polls or national election and sponsor them so that people also have a good option to choose. Expecting a normal Indian to take a stand in election is foolishness and I am talking for elections only because those leader can really put good results as they will be leaders who were not only raising the issue but they only will be the solving the issues too. So better if we can look into this way and work out some solution.

What BCCI is doing???

YAA it is 12:30 very early morning of monday..where monday blues are already waiting for me to be in office, one news of chief selector Vegsarkar's wish to step down gave me a shock and forced me to write this. i am not writing this to do a favor to chief selector or his capabilities but I want to talk about this ridiculous behave of cricket board. The most shamed moment was watching Mr. Rajiv shukla putting comment about a game where he even never put his single finger in field. What is he trying to justify is completely wrong, its against basic right of expressing own view of an Indian. By no Law he or board is able to do that and becomes really irrelevant when he is not getting paid for performing his supposed job. What board is telling that no one did the same in past but for every innovation its always first time only and here instead of being responsive to Indian people that to whom they are selecting they are preventing one person to not write. Its completely insane. Please dont play with one person's basic rights at least.......

Watching Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar is always a treat

Yeah it is....and I say I have no doubt in that. I would say watching cricket with its most talented and admired child is something more than most happiest moment of my life. He is a work ethic while he be there over the crease never matters its a real match or practice session. I could remember his all 18 glorious years what he devoted to cricket. Some time he put all fuzzy logic concept over stack while playing his shots , reading bowlers mind and dealing with pressure. In my personal opinion if Sachin plays well then India sleeps well. He is an live example of how any one can enhance his gifted skills in arranged mental and psychology conditions. The admirable part is his responses, his upbringing which he use to show with his game without giving pain to lips. His small but concrete head over his solders which never allows any one to figure out that what this cricket genius is thinking. I am die hard fan of his decision making ability and the perfect example was The centurion word cup match against Pakistan when Indian openers were walking through ground towards pitch and think tank decided Virendra Sehwag to take strike but Sachin went with his cricketing brain and asked Virendra to let him take strike and rest is history, He slashed very first ball of Shoib Akhtar over the ropes for a huge six and let India lead in the match from very first ball...wow....what a way to lead and put a show case in front of world that why people know him as the best batsman of the world. Cricket is a phenomenal part of Sachin which can loose its shine just because of his age but not because of fact that rest of the world cricket has some extra ordinary bowler. Its not just about playing cricket and doing practice or being a part of Indian team , its about thinking cricket round the clock and yes nevertheless while sleeping too. Hats off to this champion ......i dont have any concern with what rest of the world say about his performance. Putting bad comment against him is similar to saying like Sun is not shining much in the evening. Let me speak frankly watching Sachin's game for six hours give me more relax than six hours sleep :)

How to read History............

Hmmmm here I m going to be more like a philosopher............... I was reading about history of England....Then suddenly I realized the way I followed was not a good way to read...might be Picking a book and finishing it through is good to get marks but not for knowledge....Some times I heard from my elders and teachers that reading and getting knowledge is not a rocket science but I feel yes it is a rocket science ....reading history is not about he our past but it is about our future also and the present is also included in this.......History creates a perception in you fro a culture for a society...so its more important that this perception sud not be wrong......so reading history sud be like checking both sides of coin because reading something written by some human being is also can be biased or his own perception so while reading reader sud put questions to author and if you find the answer of those question in that stuff only then we can say its a trusted stuff else we sud start reading other stuff sooner after this realization...One more tendency i saw among readers that they try to relate history with general studies but in my opinion nothing is general study....general study gives nthng....you get any knowledge only after specific study so never relate any thing with general studies......Reading history is not about persons and culture and events its all about the answer of the question that why had they adopted those culture, circumstances and wars or whatever .Reading history is not about what happened its all about which incident enforced it to happen. History was always a mirror to human to look towards mistakes what we committed over past so that we sud not make those again. Reading history sud always be a wish to invent. Because History is only thing which is cause to remember some things and to forgot somethings too , so be care full if you are forgetting something which you should not......So next time when reading history put your mind also in action to help your eyes.

Two kind of men only.....

"I always believed there are two kind of men in this life one who go to death screaming and second who goes to death in silence today I met third kind.....(go to death laughing)". Yes you are right these are few lines from movie Rang de basanti....and after watching this movie again I m thinking that what I am doing here in Switzerland just earning some big amount ........and as my contribution towards my country is the income tax which I pay......I agree we are in phase of globalization and we should think for the growth of this world......but my question is "what i do if i face racism in switzerland if a swiss person refuses my offer of help and accepts another white man's or driver of train opens the door after once its closed only for a swiss person not for we asian " few more incidents( or accident) put me in a dilemma that what is wrong and what is write. we change ourselves only for the person for which we work we never change ourself for the person with whom we work. My one teammate backfired his aggression on me but not on the person for whom he is here at onsite. I just wonder that we work here at onsite ......reach office early....eat lunch only with in 30 mins (if we are not skipping it or having doggy bag) if its require then we stay late also...we take least possible leaves, every evening we try to spend with our team mates but when any of us had been in india he was doing just contradictory ..reaching office till 10, thena long breakfast...followed by a coffee break and now its lunch time (now we took time like we are having a 7 course meal)....always a compplain we get less no of leaves......apart from office we avoid to meet our teammates or colleagues till the time they are not roommate
....If we can live in swiss or other onsite locations like this then why not in india.......is money everything in our life.......yes i saw few ppls for whom ethinicity, values, relation doesnt serve any purpose ....any ways mera kya frastoo ho raha tha likhne ka man kiya to likh diya.....

Provoked!!!

Today afternoon I had nothing to do i, I already tired a lot after looking into mathematics for my CAT exam so I decided to go for a movie off course online. My mind was in a great dilemma that what to watch i started my search and it ended up up with a movie name Provoked lead actress was Aishwarya Rai(ppl can call her Aishwarya Bachchan also !!! its all about ease).

As per normal mindset I started watching it but at the end of the movie I came to know that it was a true story, an ironically took place in 1989 in UK. So this flavor of true story forced me to think about the meaning of provoked as usual i use to forget the movie once it come to end. So what exactly provoked is ..Is it invocation of your mind over your soul or self control or is it invocation of Newton's third law(every action has a reaction and reaction start appearing just after the completion of action) for a instance in the normal human brain. If we go with the dictionary meaning then you will be aware of the meaning as incite, excite, stimulate, arouse, rouse or stir.
According to great authors of English "Provoke often merely states the consequences produced"
for example "Let my presumption not provoke thy wrath" Shakespeare. "A situation which in the country would have provoked meetings" John Galsworthy. But i never though of that it could change the state of LAW in any country .....but yes after this true story happened in UK they redefined the Provoked in their LAW the declare the verdict of first trial unsafe and went for retrial. At the the movie I came across one more interesting point and that was "This became monumental case that change the nature of british law forever , as affords the provocation defense--the acceptance of battered woman's syndrome as a legal state of mind, in accordance with the defendants who have suffered extended physical abuse at the hands of a spouse"

Future of indian outsourcing........

Here it comes ..on 29th august I m completing 2 years in infosys. One giant IT service provider in india ......since last two years I am keeping a close eyes on this business model of IT service providers of India. One day my one friend Ashutosh and me were discussing about this strategy of business then we concluded on following points...

In the decade of 90's Accenture, IBM, Oracle and others were US based big giant who always eyed on big fishes of market and find India as a cheap place to outsource their business and making their profit multi fold . In this business where every one was happy in India no one thought of the consequences or the trend which this complete story followed. During this complete journey a lot US or UK based employees loosed their job and those all jobs get shifted in India. This made the business run successful in india for two continuous decades because no one was there in competition to India in south asia or asia........... some because of language problem or some because of economical instability. Now if again we look the behaviour then we will find the trend like India is having big companies like Infy, Wipro, TCS, SATYAM and others and now they want to make their profit multi fold as US companies did in 90's and now these companies are looking for small and cheap places like china...so now as per trend it seems that indians are going to loose the job or something like that. What these companies do for their employees........ they are earning as above expectation but they are not able to retain their employees. As india's population is getting increased but not adding any value to indian development the similarly these companies are increasing their revenue but not adding any values into their employees portfolio.......so what will be the future of this generation of the software engineers lets wait for coming 4-5 years.....

Indian Voters.......oops lack of intelligence

Yup since 1989 i m a evidence of indian mob's voting abilities and speaking frankly at every moment they have presented a show case of immature and absolutely unintelligent intellectual ability of voting in case of elections, never matters state level or central level. For that reason is quite obvious i.e. lack of education, inability of making decisions narrow minded thoughts and lot more in the never ending list. But suddenly when I saw people voting for music concerts like indian idol and sa re ga ma pa and many other, I was again forced to give a thought towards the reasons of voting done by indian people. This voting concept came into the picture from indian idol 1 and results were shocking when only three contestents were there and Rahul vaidhya was eliminated by voting of the mob and again in final when Amit sana got defeated by abhijeet sawant ......then I decided to not to watch these shows ever again but this year when I came to know that one of my cousin is also in final contestants of Indian Idol 3 then I started watching it again . And as always nothing is going to change in india this attitude of voters I found exactly same. The relevant fact is if a singer is not singing well then it never matters that he is getting kicked out in 1 round or last round but yes this make a difference if a valid contestants is being out. This force me to think of the voting abilities of this people....perhapes making a call or sending a message can be a part of their entertainment but they never think that this can be a question of career for the person who is standing at the stage, and I believe that if a person is watching TV and having mobile or phone to msg or call for these contests he must be well educated at least. I read a lot of books and i never find that a good scholar or person with good academics record posses well knowledge of art and skills like music and if it is true then why we go with so called "Janta ka decision". I dont know why this educated category of indian population votes based on the cast or states. What can people get if indian idol will be from their state or cast? Is he or she going to develope thier means of better life ....I wonder if this is not possible by parliament member selected by them or Administrative officer of their area then how come this fellow help them if not then why this partiality. If an educated person is thinking like this then no wonder that we have selected prime minister and presidents who spend half of their working hours in hospitals.

My First love

I dont know whether I should write this or not but its ok let me write. Its about my first love ..I met her in 4th year just after finishing my 3rd year of my graduation. I met her where I did my training(secret for strangers rest my friends know where i did my training). From very first day something happened to me which I never felt in my complete past life. Believe me or not but I never had crush on any one in my complete life but that day (15th june 2004) wsa start of something special in my life.
First time after my schooling I had started reaching somewhere before time.....I never missed even single day of my training till the date she was there and the day she accomplished her training I never went there(I dont stay at any place if it does not serve any purpose). I remember each and every second that I spent there ..I remember each and every word which we had. Then I again went back to my studies but it was almost impossible to forget those moments :)...anyways I completed my engineering and joined Infosys and she joined an MBA institute......I never did any thing which could have been disturb her personal life...but I tracked every single day of her without care where ever she was. I never know when I will meet her again but the only thing that i knew was I would met her atleast once in my life...and it happened she came bangalore in 2007 april just one day before my b'day......what a beautiful gift I have ever got After a lot of wait I met her...she was looking like same as she was 3 year back not a single change the same face the same padpadpad like talking machine....hmmmmm........what more I can say ............as per my one friend no first love turned into marriage .........here is also same happening .........in this case my parents know all about her but some issues are there for which no solution exist.......I can write a lot but for this place its sufficient ..........:)

Why people have faith on god!!

I believe there is no god or super power but my all friends n family member believe on this UPO(undefined pathetic object). I seriously want to meet some one who can spell God in sensible manner ......Ppl use to say god made us he made the earth universe and all tinny to giant things are manufactured in his factory. This irritates me a lot the reason is when i failed in some operation or I was low performer in accomplishing any task everybody pointed me for that and for every success credit goes to UPO, this seriously pissed me off. Its ok if i dont believe UPO then according to ppl I m going to face hell after my this life ......here my doubt is if its truth then who is he to decide my destination as hell or heaven n if he exist and decides like this then i cant find any difference in between muaharraf n UPO. I am a hindu......so in that religion ppl use to worship lord RAM and lord Krishna........but justify me how can I pray a person who even never trusted his own wife and fought with his own children for a small piece of land.....n lord krishna having a huge no of wives or whatever name ppl have a single person related with this many women....i dont think its allowed in any civilized society.....n many more examples........so I still wonder if pl are runnig after the old settled tradition instead of using their own intellect ...... hey guys go after the meaning hidden behind word god ....n when same i did i found "One who takes decision is god and one who let other take decision about him is normal human being" rest is others wish......
